Making the decision to move into a skilled nursing facility can be a
difficult one for both the future resident and his or her family.
Questions concerning medical care, costs, security, cleanliness, meals,
and activities can sometimes overwhelm a family or friend faced with the
need to admit a loved one into a nursing home.
At The Village at Luther Square, formerly The Lutheran Home, we do
everything possible to make the decision of joining our community an easy
one for both resident and family. Our Social Services Department offers
in-depth facility tours to fit your schedule. We are responsive to your
emergency needs as well as in the event that you need to place a loved one
with us on short notice.
The Village at Luther Square has created a home-like atmosphere for our
residents, where family and friends are encouraged to visit and become
part of our community. Our trained staff and consultants offer expertise
in many areas of medical services to met the needs of our residents.
Since 1906, The Village at Luther Square has welcomed generations of
residents into our nursing care. The future of our facility revolves
around our commitment to the quality of service delivered to our residents
- a commitment we take very seriously.

Managers. Through the combined efforts of our board, management, staff and
